Covid-19 Information

We have received clarity that sadly due to the national lockdown, once again, we need to temporarily close (except for extremely limited cases) and will not be taking bookings at this time.

As we have previously done, we will keep you informed via this website and social media as well as email and text message reminders/confirmations (for existing customers). We will also update the voicemail message in the salon as things change.

If you have/had an appointment booked, we will contact you to reschedule when we are more confident of the next available dates.

Covid-19 Information

Do not attend or arrange for your dog to be brought in to us if you are self-isolating due to Covid-19 symptoms or symptoms within your household. Contact us and we will re-schedule your appointment as soon as your isolation has ended.

Please understand that if any of the team need to self-isolate this will inevitably result in appointments being cancelled, we will do our best to get you re-scheduled as quickly as possible.

Please do not come to the salon unless you have an appointment. Appointments can be made via telephone and email.


Due to the adjustments we have to make while grooming during the Covid -19 pandemic appointment times may be longer and opening hours may vary. We will also not be able to groom as many dogs a day due to longer handover times and the restrictions on the amount of staff that can work at any one time. Unfortunately this is inevitably going to result in longer waiting times for appointments; so please bear with us.

Drop off

Only one customer to be in reception at any one time, please wait outside if you can see someone in reception (we are staggering appointments to prevent this).

When you drop off, come into reception and close the door behind you.

To enable us to easily adhere to a 2m distance we will be behind the gate in the studio.

On the right hand wall, under the cupboard there will be a slip lead attached to a hook on the wall, please attach your dog/dogs and remove all harnesses/collars and leads and take them with you. Please close the door when you leave.

Once you have gone we will come and collect your dog.


Only one customer to be in reception at any one time, please wait outside if you can see someone in reception.

We will attach your dog back on the hook in reception ready for you to collect, please then attach your collar and lead ready to leave and remove the slip lead.

Payment can be made and you can book your next appointment upon collection, but social distancing must be observed. To keep contact to a minimum we can take payment and book your next appointment over the phone, if you would prefer.


All contact points such as door handles/slip leads/hook/card machine will be disinfected between every customer, so they are clean and ready to be used again.

Social distancing will be observed between the staff and between customers.

Hand sanitiser, disinfectant and wipes will be available on reception, please use as you wish.
We will carry out our usual cleaning routing of disinfecting tools and equipment in between all dogs, with some additional measures in place.

The staff will be hand washing/sanitising between all customers.


We would rather not accept cash, if you do need to pay with cash please provide the correct amount so we don’t need to give any change.

We will be accepting card payments. We will also, as always, be accepting contactless card and apple/android pay. The current contactless card limit is £45; however, the apple/android limit is higher, so you may wish to use this service.
